Who is responsible

This website, aipromo.io, is operated by IdeaSets (ideasets.com), which is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact options on ideasets.com.

What we collect

Sign-in: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and Google account identifier from Google to verify your account, and we store a session cookie and your conversations with the assistant so you can continue them.

Account and plans: the preferences you give the assistant (such as country, time zone, the cards, programs and memberships you choose and your wishlist), the plans, quotes and confirmations you make in a conversation, and a keyed hash of your IP address used to limit abuse. Google also shares your name and profile photo at sign-in; we do not store them.

Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with buttons. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set.

Server logs: our hosting infrastructure records technical request data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type to keep the site secure and running.

Why we use it

To give you the AIPromo assistant and keep your conversations (sign-in, to provide the service you ask for). To understand and improve how the site is used (analytics, based on your consent). To operate and protect the website (server logs, based on our legitimate interest in security). We do not use your conversations or account data to train AI models; if that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who processes it

Google Cloud hosts the website and the assistant and stores account and conversation data. Google verifies your sign-in. Google Analytics processes analytics data when you consent. These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account and conversation data are kept while you use your account and deleted when you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations. To delete your account and conversations, contact us through ideasets.com. If you joined the earlier AIPromo waitlist, we keep that email address only to tell you about access; ask us through ideasets.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, ask for a copy of your data and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can change your cookie choice with “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may also complain to your data protection authority, for example the KVKK in Türkiye or the authority in your EU country.

What we never collect on this site

Card numbers, CVV codes, bank passwords or identity numbers. The AIPromo assistant itself is designed to work without them.
